Shipping Policy

We offer delivery services for groceries, catering orders, and event rentals. Delivery availability and fees may vary by location and order type. Customers will receive confirmation and estimated delivery times once the order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

For grocery items, perishable products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Non-perishable items may be returned with a valid receipt within 7 days of purchase.

For catering and event rental orders, deposit, cancellation, and return policies must be followed as outlined at the time of booking. All rack and board deposits will be refunded when items are returned within 1 week.
